These terms describe use of the Clearbranch Studio website. Paid client work is governed by a separate written project agreement.

Website information

This website introduces Clearbranch’s services and lets you prepare a project brief. Service descriptions are general information, not a binding offer, quote, or promise of availability.

Project briefs and inquiries

Preparing or downloading a brief does not submit an inquiry, book work, create a client relationship, or commit either party to a project. The current preview has no online payment or live inquiry submission.

Scope, pricing, and delivery

Before paid work begins, the parties must agree in writing on the scope, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, and relevant timelines. Payment terms, revisions, cancellation, ownership, and any ongoing support belong in that agreement. A website visit alone does not establish those terms.

Research and decision support

Clearbranch may help research vendors, compare costs, review product or service pricing, and organize questions about business tools, financing, or insurance. Research depends on available information and does not guarantee vendor performance, sales, profit, financing approval, insurance eligibility, or coverage.

Confirm current pricing, fees, terms, and suitability directly with the relevant provider. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals when a decision requires legal, tax, lending, or licensed insurance expertise.

Third-party systems and access

Third-party tools, suppliers, and platforms set their own terms and may change their services. Any integration or account work requires the account owner’s authorization and an agreed scope. Do not send credentials or sensitive account information through the project brief.

Responsible use

You may browse the website and use its brief tool for legitimate business inquiries. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.

Website content

Clearbranch branding, artwork, and website content are not offered as reusable assets. Obtain permission before copying or using them beyond normal browsing or sharing a link to the website. Third-party names and marks remain associated with their respective owners.

Availability and updates
