This policy explains how information is handled on the Clearbranch Studio website in its current preview form.
Project brief form
The form asks for your name, email address, service interest, and project details. These entries are processed in your browser to prepare a text file you can download. Selecting “Prepare project brief” does not send an inquiry to Clearbranch or create a customer record on our server.
The downloaded file stays wherever you save it. If you choose to send that file through email or another service, that is a separate action under that service’s privacy practices. Avoid entering passwords, payment details, account numbers, or other sensitive information in the brief.
Website delivery and technical information
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages, and browser details, to deliver and secure the website. Access controls or sign-in features provided by the hosting platform are governed by that platform’s privacy terms.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and other optional analytics or advertising tools are not currently active on this website. The brief form does not use browser storage to save your entries between visits. Your browser or the hosting platform may use storage or cookies for its own essential functions.
We plan to use analytics and advertising tools to understand traffic sources, measure interest in our services, and evaluate advertising results. Depending on the tools and settings enabled, these services may process page views, interactions, device or browser details, online identifiers, and referral information. Meta Pixel may also support advertising audiences and remarketing.
These are planned uses, not a description of tracking currently in operation. Before enabling these tools, we will update this policy to identify the services and purposes in use, explain applicable privacy choices, and configure any required controls. Names, email addresses, and project descriptions entered in the brief form are not sent to analytics or advertising tools by the current site.
Information you share separately
If you contact Clearbranch outside this website, we may receive the information you choose to share and use it to respond, evaluate your request, and carry out agreed work. Information required for a client project, including access permissions and any third-party tools, will be addressed as part of that project.
Other websites
Links to third-party platforms take you to services with their own privacy policies. Social icons without an active profile link do not connect to those platforms or load their tracking tools.
Questions and changes
If you already correspond with Clearbranch, use that contact channel for privacy questions or requests about information you have shared. The current preview form does not transmit messages. We will update this policy when the website’s information-handling practices change; the effective date above identifies this version.
